Restoration 1 of Eastern Iowa is celebrating a major milestone — 10 years of serving homeowners, businesses, and communities throughout Eastern Iowa.

In September 2016, Restoration 1 of Eastern Iowa officially opened its doors. What began with a small team, a couple of vehicles, and a commitment to helping people through some of their most stressful moments has grown into a thriving local restoration company with a dedicated team and strong roots throughout the community.

Over the past decade, the Eastern Iowa team has responded to countless water losses, fires, mold concerns, and other property emergencies. While the equipment, vehicles, and team have grown over the years, the mission has remained the same: to be there for customers when they need help most.

Today, Restoration 1 of Eastern Iowa has grown to a team of eight, including four restoration technicians, a Business Development Manager, an Operations Manager, and owners Larry and Skyler.

Each member of the team plays an important role — from responding to emergency losses and guiding customers through the restoration process to developing relationships with local businesses, referral partners, and members of the Eastern Iowa community.

The team credits much of its success over the past 10 years to the people who have supported the business along the way.

The franchise is continuing to grow, with some exciting developments happening behind the scenes. Although the team isn't ready to share all the details just yet, they are looking forward to what the next chapter will bring.

You’ll assist with:
• Water-damage restoration and structural drying
• Mold, fire, and smoke cleanup
• Demolition and remediation
• Operating tools and restoration equipment
• Working in homes, crawl spaces, and attics
What we’re looking for:
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
• Able to perform physical work and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• IICRC certification or construction experience is a plus, but not required
