NAKON Excavating is looking for honest, hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team! We specialize in residential excavation, utilities and demolition.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with excavating, grading, demolitions.
-Perform daily checks and basic maintenance items on trucks and equipment.
-Being present at work.
-Awareness of surroundings and jobsite conditions.
-Good time management.
What we are looking for:
-Class A preferred, not required.
-Previous residential excavation experience preferred.
-Strong work ethic and be a part of the team.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Must be able to do hand labor tasks.
-Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
-Reliable transportation.
-Willing and eager to learn and grow.
-Problem-solving skills.
We offer bi-weekly pay, raises and foster an environment where our employees can grow within the company.
This is a full-time position. 40-60 hours per week during the season with reduced hours during winter months.
Pay: $25-$45/HR
