But it gets the job done!

There comes a point when “I can do my own social media” and “I should still be doing my own social media” become two very different things.
And THAT is where I come in.
My full social media management clients aren’t handing me their accounts because they’re incapable of posting.
They’re handing them to me because they have a business to run.
They don’t want to spend Tuesday afternoon figuring out what to post.
They don’t want another half-finished Reel sitting in their drafts.
And they definitely don’t want to keep wondering if all the time they’re putting into social media is actually doing anything for their business.
When I manage your social media, I’m not just filling up your feed so we can say you posted this week.
I’m learning your business. Your customers. Your voice. What makes you different. What you’re trying to sell. And what we actually need your content to DO.
Then I take that and turn it into content that sounds like you, shows people why you’re damn good at what you do, and keeps your business showing up without you having to be the one constantly making it happen.
You still get to be the face and voice of your business.
You just don’t have to be the strategist, content planner, copywriter, Reel editor, scheduler and “oh s**t, I haven’t posted this week” person anymore.
If your business has reached the point where social media needs to get off your plate and into the hands of someone who actually knows what to do with it, that’s exactly what my full management is for.
Send me MANAGEMENT and let’s talk about what taking it off your plate could look like.

Posting consistently doesn't mean I'm automatically going to buy from you.

Somewhere in the business owner grind you forgot to show why people are actually paying you money.

Go look at your last 5 posts and pretend you know absolutely NOTHING about your business.

Could you answer these questions?
→ What problems do you solve for your clients?
→ What are you really freaking good at?
→ What do you notice or know that your customer probably doesn’t?
→ What decisions do you help your clients make?
→ What gets easier, better, faster or less stressful because you’re involved?
→ Why would someone hire YOU instead of trying to figure it out themselves?

If your content doesn’t answer those questions, you don’t necessarily need to post MORE.

And really doesn't mean you need to post here are my services book now every day.

Post more about the process and the how you got there and why.

Because posting good stuff is nice but, the holy crap she is the one I need to hire is even better!

You don’t have to turn every post into a mini masterclass to prove you know what you’re doing.

Sometimes the best way to show your expertise is to let us see the stuff your brain catches that ours doesn’t.

If you’re a photographer: Show me what you notice about a location before you ever pull out your camera. Tell me why you’d move me 10 feet to the left when, to me, both spots look exactly the same.

If you’re a wedding planner: Tell me what you notice during a venue tour that a couple probably wouldn’t even think to ask about. Or the tiny detail that immediately tells you the timeline is going to be a problem.

If you’re a brand designer: Show me the logo everyone else thinks looks perfectly fine and tell me what isn’t working about it. Better yet, show me what you’d change and WHY.

If you’re a hairstylist: Tell me why the inspiration photo I brought in might not give me the result I think it will, and what you’d recommend instead.

If you’re a realtor: Walk into a house and tell me the thing you notice immediately that I’d probably walk right past. What makes you think, “Yep, we need to ask about that.”

If you’re a florist: Show me the gorgeous Pinterest wedding arrangement and tell me what you’d change for a July wedding when it’s 97 degrees outside.

If you’re a baker: Tell me why the beautiful cake someone saved to their Pinterest board might be a terrible choice for an outdoor wedding.

THAT is expertise content.

Not because you announced that you’re an expert.

Because you let me borrow your brain for a minute and I thought, “Ohhhh. I never would have thought about that.”

And suddenly I understand why I might need you instead of trying to figure the whole thing out myself.

So if you’re stuck on what to post this week, try this:

What do you notice, question, change or recommend because you’ve done this a hundred times and your customer hasn’t?

Talk about THAT.
