Another day, another bathroom! This one had some…interesting plumbing repairs by a tech from a huge plumbing co…so we fixed those. In doing so, we discovered the tile was laid right on to drywall! 😩☠️ This glue-in surround did NOT disappoint! Check out a few more pics in the comments!

LOOK. AT. THIS. BATHROOM.

First of all, my client has amazing taste. She saved this beautiful dresser to repurpose as a vanity, the mirror is original to it. She also chose the gold fixtures, THOSE SCONCES ✨, the emerald green…GAH. 😍 More pics in the comments!

The only original material in this bathroom is the Sheetrock. Everything else was replaced: subfloor, tile, vanity, toilet, plumbing, sink, light fixtures, light switches, outlets, etc. Plus we added the high wainscoting!

Teamwork truly made the dream work with this full bathroom renovation. A fellow handymom & I joined forces, & we took her back to the studs & joists. We took care of the subfloor, insulation, drywall, plumbing updates & repairs, tile, & lighting; she did everything else & assisted. It’s hard to believe it’s the same room, & HOW COOL IS THAT BATH MAT?! 🍄🌱🌊

If your living room looks like this, you are my ideal client. 😱😍☠️ This LVP added a depth to the space that the carpet just couldn’t; it is some of the most beautiful flooring I’ve ever seen. The last 2 pics show the carpet, but more importantly, the bestest helpers, Zero & Cheeseburger Pizza.

She’s finally seaworthy! 🏴‍☠️🌊 Lovingly dubbed “The Pirate Ship,” this project may be our largest to date. Post flooding & remediation, we installed drywall, bead board, trim (A LOT of trim), painted, & installed new flooring. We also reconfigured the plumbing, installed a new sink & vanity as well as reinstalling the toilet. Complete with a marine hatch to cover the sewer cleanout! I am so in love with how this basement turned out! Now on to the upstAAAARRRRS, ya scallywags! ☠️
