Most safety training doesn’t fail because of the content.

It fails because of implementation.

I was speaking with a team recently managing training across multiple locations, and they said something that stuck with me:

“We can get people to complete training…
but we’re not always confident they can apply it.”

That’s the gap most organizations are quietly dealing with.

✔ Training gets assigned
✔ Boxes get checked
✔ Compliance looks good on paper

But when it comes to real-world situations?

That’s where inconsistency shows up.

And in safety environments, inconsistency = risk.

The question isn’t:
“Do we have training?”

It’s:
“Is our training actually changing behavior?”



We recently built a short, interactive OSHA-focused module to explore a different approach.

It’s:
• Non-linear
• 360° interactive
• Designed around real-world decision-making
• Covers top OSHA violations for 2025

It’s intentionally shorter than a full module — just enough to give a feel for how this could work in practice.

I didn’t plan on becoming an entrepreneur…
I was forced into it.

After maternity leave, I came back expecting to step back into my role… my routine… my stability.

Instead, I was eliminated.

Just like that.

No roadmap. No backup plan. Just a moment where everything I thought was “secure” suddenly wasn’t.

And if I’m being honest… it shook me.

But it also made me ask a different kind of question:

*What if this isn’t happening to me… but for me?*

What if this was the moment I stopped building someone else’s vision… and finally built my own?

That question changed everything.

Because instead of searching for another job… I decided to create something of my own—something meaningful, something that could actually make an impact.

That decision became the beginning of my business.

Not because I felt ready… but because I realized I didn’t want to go back.

I was trying to play Merry-Go-Round of Life by Joe Hisaishi with both hands…
and let’s just say—it wasn’t going well 😅

So I did what any reasonable person would do…
I let Graham take over the left hand.

And suddenly—while I’m still struggling with this…
at least we unlocked a core memory 😄

It got me thinking…

A lot of teams are trying to do everything themselves—
building trainings, delivering them, tracking progress,
and hoping it actually sticks.

It’s overwhelming. And honestly… it’s inconsistent.

What if you didn’t have to carry all of that?

What if you could lighten the load—

and most importantly… actually engaging?

Because when people enjoy the process—
they don’t dread training day…
they show up ready for it.

They go unreported.

The other day, I was watching Graham (my 2-year-old) at a trampoline park…
falling, bouncing, laughing, getting right back up.

No fear.
