🚨🐭 “Wait… How Do You Catch Mice?” 🐭🚨

That simple question turned into an on-the-job pest control lesson!

While inspecting a property, we ran into someone curious about how we track down and eliminate mice. Instead of just pointing at traps, we took the time to explain what we actually look for:

🔦 Entry points
🐭 Rodent pathways
💩 Signs of activity
🏠 Hidden areas where mice love to nest

Most people think mouse control is just setting a trap and hoping for the best. The truth is, successful rodent control starts with finding why they’re there and how they’re getting in.

At Devlins Pest Control, we believe an educated customer is our best customer. Whether it’s a homeowner, property manager, or someone simply curious, we’re always happy to share what we know.

Because when you understand the problem, you can stop it for good.

📞 Have questions about mice or hearing scratching in the walls? Give us a call—we’re always happy to help.

🐝🌿 NOT EVERY BUG IS THE ENEMY. 🌿🐝

While visiting a customer’s farm, we took a moment to admire these hardworking pollinators.

One of the reasons this customer chose Devlins Pest Control is because they wanted a pest management company that understands the importance of protecting beneficial insects like bees while still helping keep unwanted pests under control.

🐝 Bees are essential for pollinating crops, gardens, and many of the foods we enjoy every day.

At Devlins Pest Control, we believe in finding solutions that fit each customer’s needs and property. Whether it’s a family home, a farm, or a business, we take the time to understand the bigger picture.

Sometimes pest control isn’t about eliminating insects—it’s about knowing which ones to protect.

💚 Healthy bees. Healthy farms. Healthy communities.

🚨⚠️ THIS ISN’T DIRT… IT’S A BED BUG INFESTATION. ⚠️🚨

Take a close look at these photos.

Those dark spots on the walls, ceilings, trim, and cracks aren’t stains—they’re signs of a serious bed bug infestation.

🛏️ Bed bugs hide in the smallest cracks and crevices, coming out at night to feed while you sleep.

😳 What most people don’t realize is that by the time bed bugs are visible, the infestation has often been growing for weeks or even months.

Many pest control companies avoid infestations this severe. At Devlins Pest Control, we don’t.

We suited up and went to work, targeting the hidden areas where bed bugs hide, breed, and spread.

💡 One bed bug is a warning. Dozens—or hundreds—are a nightmare.

If you’re waking up with unexplained bites, seeing dark spotting around beds and furniture, or finding signs like these, don’t ignore it.

📞 Call Devlins Pest Control before a small problem turns into a full-blown infestation.

🚨 THEY WERE LIVING RIGHT UNDER THE HOMEOWNER’S NOSE… 🐭

No scratching in the walls.
No mice running across the floor.
No obvious signs.

But the mice were there.

During our inspection, we discovered hidden rodent activity in areas most homeowners never think to check. Mice love traveling behind appliances, under cabinets, and along walls where they can stay out of sight while searching for food and shelter.

👀 Here’s the scary part:

A single pair of mice can turn into dozens of mice in just a few months.

By the time you see one mouse, there’s a good chance you’re not dealing with just one.

That’s why successful rodent control isn’t about randomly setting traps—it’s about finding where they’re hiding, how they’re getting in, and stopping the problem at the source.

🔍 Thorough inspection
🐭 Strategic trap placement
🚫 Entry point identification
🏠 Long-term prevention

At Devlins Pest Control, we’re not just looking for mice…

We’re looking for the reason they’re there in the first place.

Think you might have unwanted guests hiding in your home? Don’t wait until they make themselves comfortable.

📞 Call Devlins Pest Control today before one mouse becomes twenty.

🚨 WARNING: This is what a severe cockroach infestation looks like.

Most people see one or two roaches and think they have a small problem.

The reality? For every cockroach you see, there can be dozens—or even hundreds—hiding behind walls, inside cabinets, and in dark, undisturbed areas.

These photos were taken at a property so heavily infested that other pest control companies declined to take on the job.

At Devlins Pest Control, we believe everyone deserves a safe and healthy living environment. Instead of walking away, we developed a treatment plan and got to work.

🪳 Why are cockroaches a serious problem?

⚠️ They can spread bacteria and contaminate food preparation areas
⚠️ Their droppings and shed skins can trigger allergies and asthma
⚠️ They reproduce rapidly, turning a small issue into a major infestation
⚠️ They hide in cracks, wall voids, furniture, and clutter where they often go unnoticed

The key to eliminating a severe infestation is not just spraying and hoping for the best. It requires:

🔍 A thorough inspection
🪳 Targeted treatment strategies
📈 Ongoing monitoring and follow-up services
🏠 Cooperation between the property owner and pest professionals

No infestation is too embarrassing to call about. The sooner you act, the easier—and less expensive—it is to solve.

If you’re seeing roaches during the day, finding droppings, or noticing activity in cabinets and storage areas, don’t wait.

📞 Contact Devlins Pest Control today.

Because when others say “it’s too bad,” we say “let’s get to work.”

🐭🚨 EVICTION NOTICE SERVED 🚨🐭

Our customer noticed rats were digging tunnels under the grass and using them like their own little underground highway system. Unfortunately for them... Devlins Pest Control showed up and shut down the operation. 😎

Step 1️⃣ : Locate the active tunnels
Step 2️⃣ : Smoke the burrows to confirm activity, and identify hidden pathways
Step 3️⃣ : Send the rats packing! 🏃‍♂️💨

The smoke revealed exactly where the rodents were traveling beneath the surface, allowing us to target them and prevent future activity.

🐭 Fun Fact: rats don't need much space to create a network of tunnels around patios, sidewalks, foundations, and landscaping. Those tunnels can provide hidden access routes to your home.

Thankfully, this rodent real estate development project has officially been shut down. ❌🏘️

✅ Active burrows identified✅ Entry points blocked✅ Rodent activity addressed✅ Happy customer

If you're seeing holes in your yard, signs of tunneling, or suspect rodents around your property, don't wait for them to move in permanently.

🚨 SHOCKING FACT: A mouse only needs an opening the size of a dime to get inside your home.

That tiny gap by your door, foundation, or utility line may not look like much—but to a mouse, it’s an open invitation.

In this photo, we are sealing an active rodent entry point using professional-grade metal mesh. This heavy-duty material creates a barrier that mice can’t easily chew through, helping stop them before they enter your home.

🐭 Why is this important?

A single mouse can:
⚠️ Contaminate food and surfaces with droppings and urine
⚠️ Carry bacteria and parasites into your home
⚠️ Chew electrical wiring, creating fire hazards
⚠️ Produce dozens of offspring in just a few months

Many homeowners focus on trapping mice after they’re already inside. At Devlins Pest Control, we focus on finding out HOW they’re getting in and stopping them at the source.

🔍 Thorough inspections
🛠 Professional rodent exclusion
🐭 Long-term mouse prevention
🏠 Residential & commercial services

The best mouse trap is the one you never need because the mice can’t get inside in the first place.

🐭 The best way to stop mice? Don’t let them get inside in the first place.

Here you see us performing a rodent exclusion service by locating entry points and sealing them with heavy-duty metal mesh designed specifically to keep mice out.

Many homeowners are surprised to learn that a mouse can squeeze through an opening as small as a dime. Once inside, they can contaminate food, damage insulation, chew electrical wiring, and reproduce quickly.

Our exclusion process helps stop that cycle by:

🔍 Identifying active entry points and gaps around the home
🛠 Installing durable metal mesh that mice cannot chew through
🚫 Blocking access while still allowing proper ventilation where needed
🐭 Preventing new rodents from entering and existing rodents from returning
🏠 Providing long-term protection instead of a temporary fix

Unlike foam or other materials that rodents can chew through, metal mesh creates a physical barrier that helps keep mice from traveling in and out of wall voids, floor gaps, and structural openings.

At Devlins Pest Control, we believe the most effective rodent control program combines trapping, monitoring, and exclusion to solve the problem at its source.

If you’re hearing scratching in the walls, finding droppings, or suspect rodent activity, don’t wait until the infestation grows.
