TRUTH FEDERAL PRISON CONSULTING… NEW SERVICE AVAILABLE!!

Self‑surrender sounds “better” than getting dragged through county jails and shackles, but there’s a part nobody talks about enough:
Driving yourself to prison. Parking your car. Walking in alone, with no idea what’s waiting for you on the other side of that gate.
A recent client of mine reported to a federal prison camp where I have a trusted contact. When he arrived, he wasn’t alone. My contact – a guy who’s been there for years and understands the place inside and out – was waiting for him.
In that first day, my client got what almost nobody gets:
• A personal tour of the camp so he knew where everything was instead of wandering around lost.
• A breakdown of prison job options and what those jobs really look like day‑to‑day.
• Insight on staff personalities and how to deal with them the right way.
• Step‑by‑step help with setting up his email and phone so he could reach his family quickly.
• A real explanation of commissary: how it works, when it runs, and why he needed money on his account now because inventory was coming and there would be no store for a bit.
• An honest feel for the general atmosphere of the camp – what goes on, where it goes on, and what to stay away from.
• TV room, bathroom, and living‑quarters etiquette so he didn’t accidentally disrespect anyone or create problems he didn’t need.
Instead of being dropped into chaos and told to “figure it out,” he started his sentence knowing how to function, how to move, and how to stay out of unnecessary drama from day one.
In my opinion, that kind of soft landing is huge. I can’t offer it everywhere, and I don’t pretend I can. But at certain federal prison camps – and possibly some low‑security prisons – I can arrange this kind of on‑the‑ground orientation from someone I trust.
If you have a self‑surrender coming up and the thought of walking into prison completely alone is what’s keeping you up at night, send me a message with the word “LANDING.” I’ll tell you straight whether this level of support is available at your facility, and what we can realistically do to prepare you.

Truth Federal Prison Consulting helps individuals and families navigate the federal criminal justice system from arrest through sentencing, incarceration, release, and everything in between.
When someone is arrested or becomes the target of a federal investigation, the process can feel overwhelming fast. Families are often left trying to understand bond conditions, federal charges, plea discussions, discovery, attorney communication, and what each decision may mean down the road. We help clients get organized, understand the process, prepare the right questions, and avoid walking into critical moments uninformed.
As the case moves forward, we assist with plea agreement education, sentencing preparation, mitigation planning, PSR preparation, guideline issues, character letters, program eligibility, surrender planning, and BOP designation concerns. The goal is to help the client and family understand not only what is happening in court, but how each step can affect prison placement, sentence calculation, First Step Act credits, halfway house, home confinement, and reentry.
Once a person enters federal custody, our work continues. We help clients and families understand BOP policy, custody classification, programming, administrative remedies, disciplinary issues, earned time credits, RDAP eligibility concerns, transfer issues, communication with staff, release planning, and preparation for halfway house or home confinement.
Truth Federal Prison Consulting is built to support people through the entire federal journey, not just one moment in the case. From arrest to release after sentence, we provide practical guidance, preparation, and support so clients and families can make informed decisions with confidence instead of fear.
If you or someone you love is facing a federal case, preparing for sentencing, entering federal custody, already incarcerated, or getting ready to come home, Truth Federal Prison Consulting is here to help.

Truth Federal Prison Consulting:

Most federal cases never go to trial.
They end in plea agreements.
And once that plea is signed, the next major battle is sentencing.
The problem is, many people do not fully understand what they are agreeing to, how the sentencing guidelines work, what the PSR means, or how one missed issue can affect years of their life.
That is where Truth Federal Prison Consulting comes in.
We help clients and families understand the federal process before they walk into sentencing blind.
Your attorney handles the legal case.
But you still need to understand:
• What is in your plea agreement
• How your guideline range is being calculated
• What enhancements may apply
• What should be challenged in the PSR
• What belongs in a strong sentencing memo
• How designation, custody level, programs, credits, and release planning may affect your future
Not every lawyer is bad. Many work hard for their clients.
But the federal system moves fast, and it is built around resolving cases. If you are not paying close attention, important issues can get missed.
And in the federal system, missed issues can cost you months or even years.
At Truth Federal Prison Consulting, we help you ask better questions, understand what is happening, and prepare for the road ahead.
Because this is not just a case.
This is your freedom, your family, and your future.
If you or someone you love is facing federal sentencing, get informed before it is too late.
