Thank you for your service! 🇺🇸

To all of our family and friends who have worn the uniform. We are extremely grateful for you and your family’s sacrifices.

You stepped up to protect the freedoms and opportunities we often take for granted and your commitment deserves our respect and recognition, today and every day.

Thankful for all of the brave people who have served our country and who are no longer with us.

We wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and happy holidays depending how you celebrate !

May this be a time of celebration 🎉 with family and loved ones.

But you know this isn’t always “the happiest time of year” Tim.

Yes, we understand.
The flip side is that we’re personally well too familiar that this time of year brings sorrow, memories, strain, and grievance 😐.

We’ve lost several loved ones.
We’ve been through financial hardship.
We’ve been tested spiritually.

It’s human to experience pain and discomfort. It’s healthy to grieve and it’s OK to struggle sometimes.

Our 🙏🏻 prayers are that there would be peace, hope, and growth in the conclusion of the year. That people would experience the unconditional peace + love found only in the person of Jesus Christ.

We were able to get some quick shots in between shooting some clips for a video this weekend.

Remember… Regardless of the outcome today…

• We still have businesses and churches to lead.

• We still have people to serve.

• We still have a Mission.

*Stay on Mission!

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

- 2 Timothy 1:7

Business or Church. A lack of vision, well articulated core values, and a lack of accountability causes unnecessary disunity.

It’s worth taking time to pray and think (or rethink) how we approach culture that unifies as we carry out the mission that God has called us to.

The wise Mr. Ford provides a simple yet really applicable mindset, especially at this time in history that is needed to be successful in our businesses.

Obstacles, setbacks and “roadblocks” are inevitable. They’re not always easy to get through but they’re a part of life.

Keep your focus on the goals, not the obstacles and you will be able to overcome the challenges we are presented with in all aspects of life.

Success can be defined differently for different people. One may not judge their success off having millions of dollars 💵 in the bank account but having a family and community that respects them.

They are successful because they are truly servant leaders who give their time and talents for others.

On the other hand. The person who deems success as having a lot of $$$$ in the bank and an impressive net worth may be content knowing that they have fulfilled their purpose in life as a Top-Producer.

Either scenario or the thousands of others that we could mention are guaranteed 1 thing.

We won’t be able to please everyone all of the time. And you know what... that’s OK. What you do in life will draw and filter the people around you.

Your priorities will shape your decisions and the people who are aligned with you will be your close network.

// Moral of Post //

Don’t try to please everyone. “You can’t be everything to everyone all of the time”.

You can’t and that’s OK. Build up, strengthen and support those you have in your sphere of influence.

Focus you mental bandwidth and physical energy on serving those who need you the most. Family, friends, partners, clients, and or investors.
