Please join us in congratulating Linda Lizzio, 2023 Past President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Sussex County Network, on her election as a 2027 National Liaison for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®!

This is a tremendous achievement and a testament to Linda’s unwavering commitment to leadership, service, and the advancement of our organization. Throughout her tenure of dedication at the local, state, and national levels, Linda has consistently demonstrated a passion for empowering others and strengthening our REALTOR® community.

Today, members of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Sussex County and the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® attending the National Association of REALTORS® Midyear Legislative Meetings had the honor of joining the Delaware Association of REALTORS® for a visit with Senator Christopher C***s at his Senate office in Washington, D.C.

During our meeting, we discussed the challenges facing our local real estate markets, including housing affordability, inventory shortages, and issues impacting homeownership opportunities throughout Delaware. It was a valuable opportunity to share insights from the front lines of real estate and advocate for policies that support our communities and property owners.

Following our discussion, we enjoyed a tour of the United States Capitol, gaining a deeper appreciation for the history, traditions, and legislative process that help shape our nation.

Thank you to the Delaware Association of REALTORS® for coordinating this meaningful experience and for ensuring Delaware REALTORS® have a voice in important conversations affecting our industry and the clients we serve.
