* Switch from hourly to outcome-based pricing
* Technical writer? Use AI to write 3x more articles = 3x more money
* Consultant? Deliver projects faster with AI help
Choice 2: Scarcity mindset
* “AI will never be useful for my work”
* Keep working the same way
* Productivity stays flat while others accelerate
* In 5 years, you’re making less money
Real talk: If you’re paid by the hour, you’re vulnerable. But if you charge for outcomes and use AI to deliver faster? You just became more valuable.
The people embracing AI aren’t getting replaced. They’re outperforming everyone who refuses to adapt.

They want you to have AI skills but won’t train you on them.
I’ve spent 18 months trying to sell AI training to companies. Here’s what I learned: they all want “AI-savvy” employees but won’t pay for training.
So you’re stuck. Performance reviews mention AI efficiency. Job postings want automation experience. Training budget? $0.
My advice:
* 30 minutes daily on YouTube learning one tool
* Pick something that solves a real problem at work
* Track your time savings
* Show your boss the results
It sucks learning on your own time, but the people who do it get promoted while others complain.

Don’t use ChatGPT to organize your financial documents.

I just saw someone on Facebook who tried using AI to pull data from all their bank statements and credit card PDFs for their accountant. It was a mess.

AI is really bad at reading numbers from PDFs. It makes mistakes with amounts, dates, and categories.

Even the specialized tools made for this stuff only promise 99% accuracy. That 1% error could mess up your taxes.

Better options: • Export directly from your bank to Excel • Use your bank’s download features
• Let your accounting software connect to your accounts • Use tools made specifically for financial data

AI is great for writing and brainstorming, but don’t risk it with your money. The IRS won’t care if AI made the mistake.

“I tried AI and it sucked so AI is trash.”

This is what I hear constantly as an AI consultant.

You used ChatGPT once, got mediocre results, and decided the whole thing is overhyped.

But you wouldn’t say cars are useless just because you stalled on your first drive.

AI has specific uses:

Writing first drafts (not final copy)
Research and brainstorming
Summarizing long documents
Automating boring tasks
It’s not good at:

Creative strategy
Complex decisions
Understanding your business context
The people already saving 10+ hours a week with AI didn’t get lucky. They learned what it’s actually good for.

While you’re writing it off completely, your competitors are figuring out how to use it properly.

Stop letting ‘I can’t code’ kill your million-dollar idea

I see it constantly: “I have this amazing app idea but I’m not technical...”

The best products aren’t built by the best coders. They’re built by people who understand the problem.

You already have the hardest part figured out: • You know exactly what’s broken • You see solutions others miss • You ARE your target customer

The coding is just ex*****on now. Tools like Lovable and Cursor AI let you describe what you want and help you build it. No degree required.

I’ve watched women go from “I could never” to profitable products in weeks.

Your ideas matter. Your perspective matters. Your “non-technical” background might actually be your biggest advantage.
