Fitness Friday! That’s a “thing” right? I never post things like this, but I felt compelled to share the results with everyone because I was so impressed with them in such a short period of time, just 6 weeks.
I read and followed the 30 Day Reset in Wired To Eat by RobbWolf.com
Wired To Eat is not only an excellent book with easy to follow (and tasty!) recipes, but it’s a guide that helps you discover how your body processes different foods/carbs so you know what to avoid and what works best for you specifically. It’s literally life-changing and will put you on a path to a healthier lifestyle.
I paired his book and diet plan with my regular workouts of cardio 6x/week, and jiu jitsu 1-2x/week, but I added in weights 2-3x/week as well. (Sorry RobbWolf.com , I didn’t give up bourbon... 🥃)
The results speak for themselves. I noticed the biggest changes in my face, waist, and chest/back.
Before and after are 6 weeks apart.
Before: 218.2lbs, 36” waist, fatigue, sadness, despair.
After: 202.4lbs, 34” waist, more energy, happiness, less body hair. (Let’s be honest, that was prob 2lbs right there.)
Maybe this will inspire you. Maybe this will make you fill the comments section with “Please put a shirt on for the sake of everyone on the Internet.” Whatever the case may be, I wanted to share because it’s Have a great, HEALTHY weekend everybody!
