One beautiful highlight of our Indian culture is weddings. The traditions, food, decor, loved ones gathering and of course, the clothes! The amalgamation of these components makes for a summer full of memorable moments and lots of fun.
For women, it can also be a time of stress as they think about what they will wear to each event. We’re here to say that we completely understand the challenges because as women, we’ve gone through it plenty of times ourselves.
One way to simplify the process is to have some staple, evergreen pieces in your personal collection that will allow for them to worn multiple times, but uniquely each time.
For example, I’ve had this off white chikenkari anarkali for a few years now and have styled it differently each time I’ve worn it using various dupatta styles. Everything from embroidered organza, net with gotta border, a traditional phulkari and as seen here, with a tissue dupatta with a kiran border on all four sides.
