When you and your writing partner finish your 1st memoirs, taking a day off to acknowledge that accomplishment is a must-do. A walk, to bathe in the beauty of nature and have lunch by the river, made for a lovely celebration.

We both got a kick out of the name of the trail, laughing out loud at its appropriateness. Kim Vajta Murphy 's book, Unmothered, launches this June: https://kestrelhousepress.com/

My memoir, I Thought I was Going to Die, and Then I Didn't, is being published by She Writes Press in June of 2027. Stay tuned for all the hoopdala to come.
