🇺🇸 Happy Flag Day from ZR Contracting & Excavation! 🇺🇸
Today we celebrate the American flag — a symbol of freedom, sacrifice, hard work, and the countless men and women who have defended our nation throughout history.
On June 14, 1777, the Continental Congress officially adopted the first American flag, establishing the Stars and Stripes as the symbol of our young nation. Since then, the flag has flown over battlefields, farms, businesses, construction sites, schools, and homes across America, representing the enduring spirit of the PEOPLE who built this country.
The 50 stars represent our states, and the 13 stripes honor the original colonies that fought for independence. More than just fabric, the flag serves as a reminder of the freedoms we enjoy and the responsibility we have to preserve them.
At ZR Contracting & Excavation, we're proud to live, work, and build in the greatest country in the world. Today we honor the flag, those who have served under it, and the values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance that continue to make America strong.
