Yesterday, I had the privilege of presenting a session that is incredibly dear to me at the ACE Annual VA Network State Conference. I frequently work with clients and students—especially my leadership students—on the essential skill of building their networks through a “kitchen table” concept!

Typically, this exercise is a two-hour deep dive, but yesterday, I rose to the challenge of condensing the core of this work into an impactful 45-minute session. It was an incredible experience to present this work outside of the classroom and religious settings. I am truly looking forward to the opportunity to share this work more widely in the future.

I’m turning my passion into action. This is exactly where ministry meets purpose!

I am thrilled to share that while I was traveling, I was inducted into the National Coalition of 100 Black Women—Richmond Metropolitan Area Chapter.
