I love resolutions and goals. Something about seeing a visual of ways you want to grow in daily has been important to me (even if I don’t achieve them 🙃). I always give myself until the end of January to finalize New Year’s resolutions. There’s so much hustling in the holiday season, but when January comes I love to sit, reflect and enjoy the possibility of newness. Still a few more days to add more. Do you all like resolutions and the new year?

What is our process? This method guides service. In step one and two, I like to call the ugly phase. 🧟‍♂️It’s necessary your space has to get ugly before it becomes beautiful. We request clients be present for the first two steps (an hour) to lay the ground work.
