Took me 30 some years to realize this is probably an anticlimactic ending to this story… but that’s probably reasonable considering how much of an impact it had on my life.

The Friendly’s Incident is infamous in my family. I use it to demonstrate so many things. What a melt down looks like, why it happens, the negative impacts ABA can have, how small actions or innocuous jokes can have a long lasting impact. First, you need to know what is.

I’m pretty sure this occurred before I had any sort of diagnosis, but even if I did, I’m not sure it would have panned out differently. Tell me what you think happens next in the comments.
