Fridge getting warm but the freezer is packed with ice? 🧊

When ice builds up like this inside your Whirlpool refrigerator, it physically stops the fan motor from spinning. Without that fan, cold air can't circulate into the fresh food section, which means your groceries will spoil.

We don't just melt the ice and leave. We fix the root cause. 🛠️

On this unit, the water tube was freezing over and overflowing. To make sure this massive ice block never returns, we modified the fan housing by adding four new drainage holes and properly insulated the water tube.

Stop dealing with temporary fixes. We do it right the first time so your appliance actually lasts. 👨‍🔧

This JennAir range had a problem that sounded strange at first:

Put a pan on the right burner — and the oven would stop working.

The burner itself was not bad. The pan changed the heat path, and that heat reached a low-voltage power supply board that had already been affected by heat.

We replaced the failed board and did not put the new one back into the same heat-damaged pocket.

Whirlpool microwave stops when the door is touched?

This Whirlpool WOC97ES0ES02 had an unusual intermittent problem: lightly touching the upper door could interrupt the microwave cycle.

The first diagnosis revealed a broken interlock switch holder and a displaced switch. When the problem returned, we found a second, much less obvious issue—a small amount of hinge play was changing the door’s position relative to the switches.

Replacing the hinges required pulling the entire microwave and wall oven combination out of the cabinet and disassembling most of the upper enclosure.

Whirlpool washer starts, won’t fill, then stops after two minutes?

This Whirlpool WTW6157PW0 stored an F6E3 error that pointed hard toward the main control board.

The valves worked. The pressure system worked. The lid latch worked. Even the agitation and spin tests passed.

But the actual failure was underneath the washer: the metal ring on the clutch slider had shifted out of position.

We found the real problem and replaced the failed OEM slider. No unnecessary main control board. No random parts.

LG refrigerator not cooling? 🧊
In this repair, the lights and fans were still on, but the refrigerator had a failed compressor.
Replacing a compressor is sealed-system work. It is not just swapping one part.

🔧 Removed the failed compressor and old filter drier
⚙️ Installed a new compressor and filter drier
💨 Pulled a deep vacuum to remove air and moisture from the sealed system
⚖️ Charged the exact factory-specified amount of refrigerant by weight
✅ Performed a final leak check and verified cooling pull-down

A compressor replacement is not finished when the new part is installed. The system has to hold pressure, pull a proper vacuum, receive the correct refrigerant charge, and show a real temperature drop.

Samsung washer not draining?

A washer that won’t drain is one of the most common issues we see. In many cases, the drain pump has failed mechanically or electronically.

For this repair, we replaced the bad drain pump with a new OEM part, secured the connections, and ran a full water test to confirm the washer was draining properly again.

If your washer is full of water or stuck in the drain cycle, we can help.

Samsung dryer running but not heating?

This stackable Samsung dryer had a completely snapped heating coil. We pulled the drum, replaced the heating element assembly, and got the dryer heating properly again.

Don’t hang wet clothes all over the house — a no-heat dryer can often be fixed faster than you think.

Is your washer struggling to spin, leaving your clothes soaking wet? Or maybe it's making a loud grinding noise? 🛑

Here is what’s actually going on inside your top-load washer! The culprit is often a worn-out drive clutch.

Think of it like a manual car — your washer uses a clutch to shift gears between washing and high-speed spinning. When the clutch wears down, it slips. That causes a weak spin cycle, meaning the drum just can't reach the speed it needs to wring out the water.

Here is how we bring the power back:
🔧 Accessed the bottom drive system.
⚙️ Removed the old, slipping clutch assembly.
🛠️ Installed a brand-new, heavy-duty clutch.
🌪️ Tested the cycle — back to a strong, high-speed spin! No more soaking wet laundry.

Don't throw away a good washer over a bad clutch! We fix it right the first time. 👨‍🔧

This GE refrigerator looked completely dead.

No light. No controls. No compressor. Nothing.

The obvious suspects would have been the control board, compressor, or power supply. But the real failure was much harder to reach: a brown power wire had broken near a connector buried inside the insulated divider between the freezer and refrigerator compartments.

The refrigerator gave us one clue. When the upper connector moved, the entire appliance came back to life for about one second.

That one second changed the diagnosis.

We opened the divider, found the hidden break, routed a new dedicated wire, restored the insulation and interior liner, and brought the refrigerator back to normal operation.

The failed wire cost almost nothing.

Finding it was the job.

Washer stopped spinning? On this GE washing machine, the culprit was a completely dead inverter board!

When a washer fills and drains but refuses to spin or agitate, the motor inverter is often to blame. We always test the voltages first to ensure the motor itself is healthy before swapping parts.

Here is how we got this GE back up to speed:
🔌 — Diagnosing the issue: the main board was sending power, but the inverter wasn't sending it to the motor.
🛠️ — Removing the old, burnt-out inverter assembly.
⚙️ — Installing the brand-new OEM GE inverter board.
⚡️ — Securing all wiring harnesses and grounding connections.
✅ — Running a calibration and test cycle. Back to a smooth, high-speed spin! 🌪️
