At first, this Samsung washer call in Ridgefield, WA sounded pretty обычный:
the machine fills with water, then just stops.
But then the display showed 3E1. And the weird part? The service sheet inside the washer listed 3E2, not 3E1.
That is where real diagnosis starts. Not guessing, not replacing random parts, and not blindly trusting the paper inside the machine.
Once we opened it up and got to the motor side, the real problem showed up: burned Hall sensor contacts and heat damage at the stator assembly. That is why the washer would fill, stop, and not move into normal drum operation.
We replaced the stator, tested the washer, and got it running properly again.
