At first, this Samsung washer call in Ridgefield, WA sounded pretty обычный:
the machine fills with water, then just stops.

But then the display showed 3E1. And the weird part? The service sheet inside the washer listed 3E2, not 3E1.

That is where real diagnosis starts. Not guessing, not replacing random parts, and not blindly trusting the paper inside the machine.

Once we opened it up and got to the motor side, the real problem showed up: burned Hall sensor contacts and heat damage at the stator assembly. That is why the washer would fill, stop, and not move into normal drum operation.

We replaced the stator, tested the washer, and got it running properly again.

Sometimes an oven problem looks small from the outside.
This ZLINE RA30 oven would turn on, but it never reached the correct temperature.

After diagnosis, the real problem was not guesswork and not “maybe the control board.” The actual cause was a weak connection at the bake element that overheated over time, damaged the wire, damaged the terminal, and finally burned off completely.

We repaired this unit in Vancouver, WA by replacing the bake heating element, restoring the damaged wire connection properly, and testing the oven after the repair.

A tenant said:
“Two burners don’t work. One lights after a few seconds.”

Sounds simple, right?

It wasn’t.

Inside this ZLINE RA48, we found:
— A completely worn-out burner
— Two failing gas valves
— And delayed ignition that could lead to gas buildup

One of the hardest parts?
The burner injector was seized so badly we had to carefully cut the old burner apart just to save the gas line. That’s the kind of detail you don’t see from the outside.

This is why guessing doesn’t work with gas appliances.

Gas stove clicking but not lighting?

This repair was a Frigidaire gas range in Beaverton, WA.

Only two burners were working.
The others were clicking and releasing gas, but nothing would ignite.

First step in cases like this is always cleaning.

Burner heads, ignition electrodes, grease buildup — all of that can stop the spark.

We disassembled the cooktop and cleaned everything.

But this time the real cause was deeper.

The spark module had weakened.
It was still clicking but not sending enough voltage to all burners.

After replacing the module, the stove works perfectly again.
