Vice President of Operations

Position Details:
Schedule: 90% at site in Rio Rico, AZ; 10% Travel to Locations in California, and Texas.

Qualifications:

10+ years of operational leadership with hands-on experience in supply chain, produce
distribution, plant operations and logistics.
5+ years of director level experience with leadership over multiple produce distribution centers.
Experienced in building, developing, and leading large teams, with a proven track record of
implementing positive change and fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
Experience and in-depth knowledge of the produce distribution model, including warehouse and
transportation operations.
Possesses strong business acumen with experience in budget management and financial
statement analysis, and skilled in implementing changes to enhance distribution center
profitability.
Highly responsive and driven, excels in problem-solving, capable of conducting root cause
analysis on operational challenges and implementing effective process improvements.
Fully proficient in both Federal and state safety quality control compliance and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. (Bilingual is a must)
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency, specifically with Excel.
iSolve & NetSuite experience preferred
