As we head into the weekend, I want to leave you with one simple reminder:

Stay curious. Keep learning. 💡

A lot of you have probably seen me talking about The AI Shift Live coming up soon, and I want to encourage you to join us.

Now, maybe you're thinking:

"I don't really need to learn AI."
"AI isn't something I want to use in my business."
"I'll worry about it later."

And that's okay. Everyone is at a different stage.

But here's the thing...

There is no downside to learning something new.

Even if you don't plan on bringing AI into your business tomorrow, understanding how it works can help you recognize opportunities, understand the world around you, and prepare yourself for what's coming.

And if you are willing to embrace it, AI has the potential to help you save time, improve your processes, and support you and your team in ways you may not have considered.

AI isn't just a trend that's going away. It's a tool that's becoming part of how we work and live.

So as you head into the weekend, I encourage you to stay curious.

Learn something new.
Ask better questions.
Explore what's possible.

You never know when that knowledge might become the thing that makes all the difference.

And if you're ready to learn how to use AI more effectively, I'd love to see you at The AI Shift Live on August 14. 🚀

Just like with nutrition, not all AI is for everyone. 🤖

Think about it...

Not everyone follows the same diet because everyone has different goals, different needs, and different challenges.

The same thing applies to AI.

The AI tool that works perfectly for one business might not be the right fit for another. Some businesses need AI to help with content creation. Others need it for customer service, organization, data analysis, team training, or improving everyday workflows.

The key isn't just using AI.

The key is knowing which AI tools to use, where to use them, and how to make them work for your specific needs.

That's exactly what we'll be exploring at The AI Shift Live.

My goal is to help you understand this powerful technology, figure out where AI can have the biggest impact in your business and personal life, and point you in the right direction so you can start getting better results.

So if you've been asking yourself:

"What is this thing called AI?"
"How can I actually use it?"
"Where should I start?"

Join me on August 14 for The AI Shift Live.

Let's find the right AI prescription for you. 🚀

I know we usually do a Thank You Thursday post...

But today, I'd rather leave you with something to think about.

Are you giving your team enough grace?

As business owners and leaders, we often have high expectations. We expect deadlines to be met, customers to be looked after, and work to be done to a certain standard.

But sometimes we forget that the people behind the work are just that—people.

They have families.
They have challenges.
They have victories worth celebrating.
They have struggles they may never tell you about.

Every day, they show up to help make your vision a reality, while carrying their own lives with them.

This doesn't mean you lower your standards or compromise your business. Accountability still matters.

But leadership isn't just about holding people accountable—it's also about leading with humility, empathy, and understanding.

So today, I want to leave you with one question:

Have you been giving your team enough grace?

You never know what someone may be carrying, and sometimes a little understanding can make all the difference. 💙

A midweek reminder for every business owner:

Find your Blue Ocean. 🌊

In a world where everyone seems to be chasing the same customers, offering the same services, and copying the same ideas... don't be afraid to be different.

Your greatest advantage isn't being the same as everyone else.

It's being unmistakably you.

Find your niche.
Find the customers you serve best.
Find the problem you're uniquely positioned to solve.
And then commit to it.

Not everyone needs to be your customer—and that's okay.

The businesses that stand out aren't the ones trying to please everyone. They're the ones that know exactly who they are, who they serve, and why they're different.

So here's your midweek reminder:

Stop chasing the red ocean where everyone is competing.

Go and create your own Blue Ocean.

That's where the real opportunities are. 🌊💙

Nothing ruins a great team member faster than watching you tolerate a bad one.

As a leader, one of your biggest responsibilities is protecting the culture you're building.

And in today's world, we have fewer excuses than ever for allowing people to stay stuck.

The rise of AI has completely changed what's possible.

Someone who struggles with organization can use AI to create better systems.
Someone who struggles with communication can use AI to improve how they interact with others.
Someone who has gaps in certain skills can use AI as a tool to learn, grow, and improve their performance.

AI isn't here to replace your people.

It's here to help your people become better.

Of course, accountability still matters. A great culture doesn't mean accepting mediocrity. It means giving people the tools, training, and support they need to succeed.

But if someone refuses to grow, refuses to learn, and refuses to improve, leaders have to be willing to make the difficult decisions.

Your best team members are watching what you tolerate.

So the question is:

Are you using every tool available, including AI, to help your team perform at their best?

If you want to learn how to use AI to improve your team's performance and your business, join me for The AI Shift Live on August 14.

I can't wait to see you there. 🚀

One of the most powerful leadership phrases you'll ever use is:

"Help me understand..."

Too often, when someone on our team isn't performing the way we expect, our first instinct is to confront them or assume they're doing something wrong.

Instead, try leading with curiosity.

"Help me understand how you arrived at that decision."
"Help me understand what happened here."
"Help me understand your thought process."

That simple shift changes the entire conversation.

You might discover there was a gap in the training, a misunderstanding of the process, or that they were never shown the right way to do it in the first place.

As leaders, our role isn't just to correct people—it's to develop them.

Not every situation needs a confrontation. Sometimes, what it really needs is a conversation.

Give this a try in your office today, and let me know: Has the phrase "Help me understand..." ever changed the outcome of a difficult conversation for you?

A short message for today. 💙

Whatever it is you're going through... just give it one more day.

Take a breath.

Don't give up.

Maybe it's a challenge with your mental health.
Maybe it's something happening at home.
Maybe your business isn't where you want it to be.
Maybe you're learning a new skill, and no matter how hard you try, it just isn't clicking yet.

Whatever it is, hang in there.

Progress doesn't always happen when we expect it to. Sometimes the breakthrough comes the day after we feel like walking away.

So today, choose to give it one more day.

You've come this far. Keep going.

And if you're looking to learn practical AI skills that can help you work smarter and grow your business, I'd love for you to join me at The AI Shift Live on August 14.

I can't wait to see you there. 💙

One of the biggest reasons people give up on AI isn't because it can't do the job...
It's because they don't like how it talks to them.

Here's the thing: AI doesn't automatically know how you prefer to receive information.

Do you like short, straight-to-the-point answers?
Or do you prefer detailed explanations with examples?

Do you want it to challenge your thinking?
Or would you rather it explain things in a simple, encouraging way?

AI can do all of that—but only if you tell it.

The more you teach AI how you like to communicate, the better your results become. Think of it as onboarding a new team member. The clearer your expectations, the better the output.

This is one of the practical skills we'll be covering at The AI Shift Live on August 14.

If you're ready to stop fighting with AI and start getting responses that actually work for you, I'd love to see you there. 🚀

Happy Monday, everyone! ☀️

Here's something a lot of people don't realize: AI can hallucinate.

No, it's not getting "tired" in the human sense, but after lots of back-and-forth, or when your prompts aren't specific enough, it can start filling in the gaps with information that sounds incredibly convincing... but is completely made up.

That's because AI is designed to generate a helpful response—not to admit it doesn't know something. If you don't give it the right guardrails, it may confidently invent facts, statistics, or sources that were never real.

The good news? This is completely avoidable.

One of my favorite sessions in The AI Shift is all about how to write prompts that dramatically reduce AI hallucinations, so you can trust the information you're working with and avoid sharing inaccurate content.

If you want to learn how to get more reliable, accurate results from AI, join me for The AI Shift Live on August 14.

I can't wait to see you there! 🚀
