This service would include a site visit to your property, iGuide 360 scan of the entire interior and exterior, and a roof inspection via drone overview (where permitted).

This package will include all the documentation of pre-loss conditioning via 360 tour link for 1 year (renewable upon request), 2D floor plans, electronic Xactimate file and photo reports. At your request we can add in air quality and mold evaluation.

A complete pre-loss documentation package of what is needed should your property sustain any damages by hurricane or any other type of insurance related loss.
