Christy Oyon, Megan Norriss and Kalah Edrington each shared a different perspective on what it means to grow, contribute and build a career in the pest management industry.
Christy, our Learning and Development Partner, spoke about looking for ways to add value, taking initiative and getting comfortable being uncomfortable.
Megan, Head of Administration & Operations, shared how being new to the industry has pushed her to ask questions, build technical knowledge and treat every challenge as an opportunity to learn.
Kalah, our Recruitment Manager, highlighted the importance of asking questions, finding your voice and creating space for women in the industry to connect, learn and grow together.
