Lazy, snow day, One pot homemade spaghetti in the Quickcooker. Sear meat, veggies and spices, add two cans of crushed tomatoes (I also use a tube of tomato paste, but today I didn’t have any) add spaghetti noodles straight out of box, turn to stew/Chili and walk away. Easy Peasy!

That was dinner on the mountain. No I couldn’t taste it and now I am exhausted!! It was pretty tho……
