From Raw Woods Into a Build-Ready Lot 🌲➡️🏠

We brought in the skid steer, dropped and hauled off the timber, cut grade, and packed that pad tight so a future home has a solid foundation.

From tree removal...
To brush clearing and hauling...
To cutting grade and locking in that house pad....
We turned a crowded, overgrown lot into a clean, build-ready homesite.

It might just be the future site of your next home!

What started as a crowded lot is now stripped clean ➡️ trees down, limbs loaded, and every last piece hauled off to open up the ground.

Once the mess was gone, we got surgical 👨🏼‍⚕️ cutting grade, dialing in elevations, and packing that house pad tight so the "after" is ready for a brand new home 🏡

Talk about a clean lot with a locked-in pad 🗣️

We cleared the debris and hauled it out, but then the real work came.

Cutting grade with precision, dialing in exact elevations, and compacting that house pad in layers until it's tight, stable, and dead-level for the foundation.

This isn't just pushing dirt around. It's measuring twice, cutting once, and packing every lift until the pad can handle the weight of a future home without shifting an inch! 🏠

Load it up, haul it out 🚛💨

Once the trees and debris hit the ground, it's time to get it off the lot.

The trucks roll in, get loaded down with timber and brush, and make the trip out so the site stays clean and ready for the next step

Here's what we started with...Trees scattered across the lot 🌳

You can see the vision, but those trunks are standing right where the house pad needs to go.

We put our skid steers to work and start droppinf trees one by one, clearing the way for what comes next: a clean, compacted, build-ready lot

Cleanup mode: activated 🚜💨

Trees are down, debris is scattered, now the skid steers get to work.

Watch them grab, push, pile, and haul every piece of downed timber and brush off the lot so we can move on to the next phase.
