Another new agent on the Rochester team hit their Fireball award! We are growning and having a great start to 2024! Christine Berquam came back to the insurance business in Febuary of this year. She previously did employee benefits in the Twin Cities and relocated to Rochester in 2021.

Christine is high energy, always has a positive attitude and such a fun person to have around the office. She is picking up right where she left off, opening new groups and hitting her 1st year milestones. We are glad you are back!

At our most recent regional meeting, Rochester's own Austin Rousu was selected to speak on how he is building his business. Austin has only been with us 5 months and leads the whole state of Minnesota in accounts opened in 2024!

Austin spoke on how he finds businesses to prospect, how he sets meetings with business owners and his mindset on growing his business. At the end he read his 3 year letter to himself and it was excellently written!

Austin came to work for our office from the trades and had very little sales experience. What he did have was an top notch work ethic, competitive drive, was coachable and had some charisma. He also wanted to prove the doubters wrong that he could do it and be successful.
