The thing I've heard most since Luminary: "I love this, but Thursdays at 2 don't work for me."

School pickup. Client calls. The standing meeting you can't move. Fair.

So here's what I want you to know about the Momentum Circle: every session is recorded. You don't have to attend live to be part of it.

Watch on your own time. Stay connected with the women in our private community between sessions. Join live whenever your calendar lets you. Your seat is yours either way.

Real talk: I wrote this before I left, because by the time you read it I'll be in Costa Rica and, for once, off email.

I spend a lot of time telling women you can't keep pouring into everyone else's dreams and expect anything left for your own.

So this week I'm putting my money where my mouth is.

Not escaping. Not burned out. Just pouring into myself, on purpose, before the busiest stretch of my year.

Here's what I keep coming back to: rest you schedule is different from rest you collapse into.

About a year ago, you guys did a truly unfathomable thing. Something that completely blew my mind… You gave The Life of a Showgirl the biggest first week for an album in history. I took a trip to Sweden to celebrate with Max and Shellback, my two collaborators on this album. Really we just wanted to reflect and take in how grateful we were for the moment we were in, but there was a studio there and we did what we do when we feel anything at all: We wrote more songs. You've done the hard part. You built something real — and somewhere in the doing, it got quiet around you. Not burned out. Not ungrateful. Just quietly missing the people who are actually in your corner.

Willpower got you here. But it doesn't keep you moving on its own — the women who sustain real change almost always have people around them who won't let them quietly drift back.

In December, a woman I've known for years told me something I haven't stopped thinking about: "I don't really have people around me who are pouring into my dreams right now."

She said it so matter-of-factly. Not upset, not complaining — just stating a fact about her life. And that's exactly what got me, because she is one of the most capable, together women I know. Nobody looks at her and thinks to ask if she's okay.

She's not the only one who's said a version of that to me. Honestly, it might be the thing I hear most.

So I built a room for it. Five months, a dedicated room, starting in October. I'm calling it the Momentum Circle — not another framework you implement alone, but a room that keeps you moving, with people who notice when you've gone quiet.
