A: a healthier “ME”
Q. How do I become healthy?
A. Removing ANYTHING & ALL THINGS that are not healthy for you. That includes, toxic, low vibrational energy oozing individuals, music, environments, & actions!
I am working on myself. I am thinking more positive, I am moving more positive. I am aligning myself in more positive spaces. I don’t give people the power to decide how my mood will be for the day. I am waking up optimistic and hopeful that today is a step closer to my goals.
You have to move how you ultimately see your healthy self moving.
