Hello, friends!

I wanted to share a personal update because many of you have been asking what I've been working on lately.

First, thank you for continuing to be part of the Ruh Global IMPACT community. I know I haven't been as active on social media over the past few years, and I wanted to share a little of why.

In 2022, I lost my beloved husband, Ed. Like anyone who has experienced profound loss, I needed time to grieve, heal, and find my footing again. While I never stopped believing in this work, my priorities shifted as I navigated that difficult chapter of my life.

At the same time, like many small mission-driven organizations, Ruh Global IMPACT has continued to operate with very limited funding. Much of the work has been carried by me, alongside an incredible group of volunteers who generously give their time and talents. I am deeply grateful to every one of them.

Despite these challenges, we have never stopped building.

My primary focus this year has been developing **Disability Mirror™**, an independent global initiative designed to encourage transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the disability community itself. I believe meaningful systems change begins with us, and I look forward to sharing much more as we move toward publication.

I'm also proud to share that **Billion Strong** has continued to grow and now has advisors and representatives in **144 countries**. Every new connection reminds me that disability is the largest minority in the world and that, together, our voices are stronger than ever.

Ruh Global IMPACT continues its work at the intersection of disability inclusion, accessibility, artificial intelligence, leadership, and innovation. Behind the scenes, I've been interviewing inspiring leaders, speaking around the world, collaborating with organizations, and building initiatives that I believe can create lasting impact.
