✅ Lines & Infrastructure: Covering and insulating all exposed lines to prevent freezes.

✅ Construction Safety: Securing loose materials and tools at our active building sites.

✅ Unit Security: Ensuring windows/doors are shut and checking tensioning on glamping units to handle high wind, rain or snow.

✅ Process Testing: Walking through our winter SOPs for the first time to ensure nothing is missed.

Between construction scheduling and winterizing the park, the secret to staying sane is SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). We’re confirming we’ve covered every base because when you’re managing an RV/Glamping resort, you can’t leave any to chance.
