🥶If that ice hits, here’s your reminder:
BMI Services offers emergency response.
We can quickly:
• Open blocked driveways
• Remove limbs from service lines
• Clear trees off roofs, vehicles, and structures
• Handle downed pines, Bradford pears, and other soft-wood trees that break under even a light layer of ice
It doesn’t take much ice for trees to start giving way — especially the fast-growing, weaker varieties we have here in Arkansas.
If you need help, day or night, we’re ready.

Winter weather (ice and snow) is likely on Monday in Arkansas.
What should you expect?
-The chances look greatest along and north of I-40. Temperatures are going to be razor thin.
Some counties that border one another could observe 33° and rain, while the next county over it’s 32° and icing.
-Snow chances are best across the northernmost counties where the atmospheric profile is more supportive.
-Areas south of I-40, especially southern Arkansas are most likely to observe just a very cold rain.
-Accumulations as a whole look *LIGHT* for now.
This isn’t the second coming of the ice age, just a standard round of cold and icy weather.
-I cannot rule out localized slick spots, especially Monday evening. Mainly elevated surfaces, bridges, overpasses, etc.
Higher resolution data will fill in the next 24 hours and the forecast will become more clear.
Stick with me, I’ll get you through it, as always.
-Zach
