The Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Foundation Operations and provides routine and direct administrative support, including occasional support for the Executive Director and other senior staff. They will provide general day-to-day administrative, office and clerical support for the Foundation and PMRCAA, including managing incoming information such as mail, telephone calls, general emails and receiving guests/visitors.

The Assistant Grants Manager provides programmatic and administrative support and assists with maintaining all information relating to the Foundation’s grantmaking role.
