We’re excited to introduce the new look for Cookie Design Lab, a company created by bakers, for bakers. After seeing how complicated it could be to create custom 3D printed cookie cutters and stamps, Amalea and her husband Andrew set out to build a better way.

Their newly designed marketing materials are making their debut at CookieCon, and we’re thrilled to help bring this creative, baker-focused brand to life. Stay tuned for more photos!

The secret it out!! We’re SO excited to share new packaging designs that were such a rewarding project to bring to life! With creative input from the multi-talented Christina Cernera, founder and owner of Stormy Acres Cookies and The Boujee Baker Boutique in Warrenton, VA, we were honored to have been selected to design these fall and summer themed DIY cookie kit boxes.

These boxes were created to be both beautiful and functional, with playful themed designs, a viewing window, built-in games throughout the artwork, and room for cookies, icing, and sprinkles. It's decorated on all 6 panels, inside and out! They include the thoughtful details that make DIY cookie kits a top seller for bakers and a memorable experience for the families who get to decorate and enjoy what's inside.

Christina will be debuting these new box designs at CookieCon next week, so be sure to stop by and see her in booth #315/317! Follow The Boujee Baker Boutique for updates on when they'll become available online. We can’t wait for everyone to see them in person!

𝗜𝗗𝗗𝗕𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗪𝗢𝗪, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄!

3 days. Endless innovation. And some of the biggest names in deli, dairy, bakery, grocery, and food manufacturing all under one roof.

We had the opportunity to support Icing Images and showcase two seriously exciting technologies, the Big Blue XL Direct-to-Food Printer and the brand-new Sugar Reels.

With Sugar Reels, you can scan a QR code and watch a video come to life right on a cookie through your phone. Yes, really - it's wild! Custom treats just entered a whole new era!

And we put the Big Blue XL to work.
Cookies. Cakes. Macarons. Candies.
We even tested the limits with cotton candy cakes, sticks of butter, and giant hunks of CHEESE. We had a lot of fun with it!

Beyond the printing, we connected with industry leaders across packaging, deli, dairy, breads, edible decorations, and more. We talked trends, shared ideas, reflected on how the industry has evolved, and explored what could be coming next.

Creative products. Meaningful conversations. Exciting possibilities. 3 things we absolutely love.

We’re so excited to share the new brand and website we created for Solutions, a handmade silicone mat company built by Christy Horner, an award-winning cake artist in Henderson, Nevada.

These mats aren’t just for cake decorators.
They’re also for bakers.
Makers.
Decorators.
Delivery drivers.
And anyone who has ever said, “I hope this thing doesn’t slide everywhere!”
With her product, you have more grip, less slipping, and a better surface to work on.

What started as a design project for a convention quickly became something much bigger when a naming issue meant Christy needed to pivot fast.
So we did what we do best – we pivoted FAST.
A new name.
A new logo.
A new website.
A clearer way to bring this product into the world.

Christy is talented, creative, funny, and the kind of entrepreneur who turns everyday frustrations into something useful. As a cake artist, she noticed a need in the market and created a mat that can keep anything and everything from slipping - your cakes on a turn table, the boxes for your delivery, it's a great cover for your royal icing, and SO much more!

Amro, the owner, is building a brand around the experience he wants people to have: refreshing, high-quality, and memorable from the very first bite. We had the pleasure of creating a new logo for 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝗰𝗲, one designed to feel modern, tropical, and as elevated as the brand behind it.

What started out as a simple request for assistance designing my booth for , accidentally catapulted into a total rebrand! 🤣 From the moment I created , I knew it would always be more than just a cake tool. I often tell people, “I find a new use for my mats everyday!” and it’s true - I use them daily atop my cake decorating turntable, to open jars (carpal tunnel, ya feel me? 😭), under boxes to keep them from shifting in transit (city traffic…’nough said), under the runaway airbrush compressor (you know exactly what I am talking about…), cushioning precious cargo like wine bottles (this is a judgement-free space), anywhere you need extra grip - the uses. are. endless. And what’s more? Every mat is handmade by yours truly, making each one as unique as the artist using it! You can even customize them to match your brand, the season, your vibe of the day - the only limitation is your imagination! Well, and whatever pigments and glitters I can obtain…
