Your prospect didn’t say no. They just didn’t feel enough yes. That’s the problem with a lot of AI-generated sales messaging right now. AI can help you write faster. It cannot help you matter more.

Do you love your sales pipeline?
Your pipeline knows exactly how you feel about it.
Ignore it, and it goes cold.
Rush it, and it resists.
Only visit when you need something, and it ghosts you.
Many pipelines aren’t broken.
They’re neglected.
CRM updates aren’t love.
Forecast calls aren’t love.
Quarterly “touching base” emails? Definitely not love.
Love is meaningful conversations.
Consistent attention.
Intentional progress with the right prospects.

I always learn something powerful when I share the stage with Verne Harnish and Morné Smit - especially at EO South Florida's high-impact Business & Strategy Sales Workshop.

One line from Verne hit hard:

“Stop doing dumb things.”

If you want sustainable growth, to stop doing dumb things is NOT optional!

This may require you to be brutally honest with yourself. Cut activity that feels productive but doesn’t actually move the needle. Let go of habits, processes, busywork and longtime beliefs about the way business is done that no longer serve you.

Growth doesn’t always come from doing more.

Often, it comes from doing less – better or doing something radically different than you did it before.
