Eon Adjutants needs a full-time Sales Development Representative (AU CLIENT)
Salary: PHP 40,000 per month
Schedule: 5am to 2pm Manila Time

Job Description:
• Make outbound calls to potential prospects to generate interest, engage decision-makers, and identify qualified leads.
• Follow up on inbound leads to assess and qualify prospects, ensuring only high-potential leads are passed to the sales team.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments with key decision-makers, including pre-appointment preparation, research, and prospect briefing.
• Maintain CRM and prospect lists, including list cleaning, data verification, call notes, activity logs, and pre-appointment documentation.
• Perform timely follow-ups to confirm, reschedule, or nurture appointments and maximize engagement with prospects.
• Attend all sales and team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating to achieve team goals.
• Represent the company professionally, reflecting core values, reliability, organization, and commitment to excellence.
• Complete a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day (400 per week) through 5 focused hours of dialing, adhering to campaign scripts and processes.
• Prepare and send pre-meeting materials to ensure well-qualified and productive appointments.

💼 Requirements:
• 3 years with proven results in appointment setting, prospect list management, and sales administration preferably in Australian markets.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while consistently meeting targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Experience with cyber assessment promotions or technical sales is a plus.
• Ability to follow a sales playbook, track KPIs, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented, thriving on hitting targets and working with incentives.
• Able to attend weekly sales meetings and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive, demonstrating a “yes” attitude and taking initiative.
