Say it with a Sign I am so glad you are here! Let me help you with any occasion with a festive lawn sign, baby stork and balloons! All signs are $75 - for sign and delivery!

May add on an additional $10-$20 for delivery if outside of Royal Oak area (depending on mileage); along with in the colder winter temps if the ground is frozen. A sign can be used for many occasions such as:

- BIRTHDAY - 1 day usually (can keep longer if desired)
- BABY ANNOUNCEMENT - 3 days usually (can keep less/longer if desired)
- GRADUATION - 3 days usually (can keep less/longer if desired)


- ANNIVERSARY - 1 day usually (can keep longer if desired)

**There are many more occasions I can set up for - just send a request and I'm happy to help! FAQs:

- I cannot wait to be a part of your special occasion! I will set up your yard sign/greeting by 7:00 am (or earlier/later if desired) and take down/pick up your yard sign/greeting by 10:00 pm (or earlier/later if desired).

- Is there anything I can do to prepare for the sign? During dry summer days, you can water your lawn the night before.

- I accept all major credit cards, Venmo, cash and check. We can arrange payment together!
