MEET OUR HEAD COACH:
Cathy Hazen began her professional career in automotive sales. She managed dealerships of 300+ employees, and transitioned into the dental world as an orthodontic treatment coordinator in 2009. Cathy’s dynamic leadership, sales experience and insight into practice building, utilizing practice analytics, quickly advanced her career into practice management.

Cathy has managed and grown multi-location orthodontic practices in the Metro-Detroit area. She was also instrumental in opening an Invisalign® only practice, which she solely operated for over two years. Cathy is frequently invited to be a guest speaker for Invisalign® and OrthoFi™ to share her experience with doctors and treatment coordinators, and help build their practice with more case acceptance.

While still managing a large practice in Michigan, Cathy created ManageIt Coaching in 2023 to bring her unique and valuable skill set to practices across the United States.
