Dam Repair Completed‼️✅
Customer called us about a leak developing around the dam on their pond. After inspecting the issue, we dug down and located the area where water had been leaking and eroding soil underneath the dam. We removed muck, roots, and debris from the damaged section and rebuilt the area properly from the core up using compacted dirt to help create a solid water-tight seal.
While on site, we also built a new access ramp so the customer could easily get a lawn mower and small tractor to the lower section of their property. To finish things off, we smoothed out rough areas and ruts in the front yard to give everything a cleaner look and better transition throughout the property‼️✅

This property was heavily overgrown and the customer couldn’t really see the layout of the land or visualize how everything would come together. We came in and completed forestry mulching to open the property up and give them a clear vision for their future homesite, driveway, front yard, and backyard layout.

Now they’re able to better plan their build and see exactly how much usable space they have to work with. Next phase will be additional clearing and grading — excited to watch this property transform as progress continues‼️🔥
