Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours! We are thankful for all of Russell being patient as we complete construction. We are so excited to welcome you into our new space early next year! Updates coming in this weekend. Stay tuned!

Framing is complete and now our MEP professionals are coming in to place all the electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough ins. We also had to demo the parking area behind the building to place a new sewer line and bury our gas line. Our apologies on the mess behind the building but we are so very excited to see how much progress this project is making. Stay tuned as we are hoping in the coming month to have a closer estimate on opening as well as some discounts for our first neighbors interested in working at Bricks!

Another update to share. The south wall has framing up and Comfort Pro has started coming into the space to put in HVAC venting spaces. The place is really coming together now!

Another week in the books! We had a lot of structural correction and repair of subfloor done by the guys at Christians Specialties, Inc. These buildings always have such personalities and we can’t wait for you to experience what Bricks has to share with us all.

Some pictures of the first week of construction. Ray and the guys at Christians Specialties, Inc. are putting in some great work! We had a problem with the subfloor having too much termite damage so the subfloor had to be repaired and new support joists were installed. The building has a beautiful tin ceiling but a floating ceiling was placed previously leaving too many holes to reuse it.

Regardless, we are so excited to see the changes in just a week. Stay here and we will update everyone each weekend on the progress until we can welcome a new location for all your small business needs in beautiful downtown Russell!

We are excited to finally get to share the layout of the space. Construction is set to begin within the next next few weeks. Pictures to follow as we start the construction process. As we make more progress, stay tuned for deals on office rentals and discounts on day/week passes as we get closer to bringing coworking to beautiful downtown Russell.

Demolition has completed except the floors which will be completed. We are hoping that contractors will begin work the week of October 6th!!! Stay tuned. We are hoping to share some details in the coming week including the floor plan for our community hub. Thanks for your patience!
