I keep posting to a minimum because the WORK keeps me busy, but I’ve had a few interactions and seen a few things businesses are doing in their hiring practices 👀 recently that compelled me to clarify a few things about recruiting and why, even as a small business you need to consider outsourcing this CRITICAL function. Trigger Warning, I always keep it real.

If you are a business owner or founder:

😬 You’ve likely held a few interviews

Taking a look in the mirror and incredibly pleased that in the last two weeks, it’s been small business focus time. I’ve walked local clients with 2-10 employees through terminations, new handbooks, policy changes, job postings and payroll setup.
