No pressure.
No convincing.
Just information.

I appreciated that.

As a busy working mom, I didn't need someone telling me what to do. I just wanted to understand what my options were.

That's why I share what I do the same way.
If it resonates, great. If not, that's okay too.

Sometimes I wonder what my younger self would think if she could see my life today.

She'd probably be surprised.

Not because everything is perfect, but because life turned out differently than I imagined.

A husband.
Six kids.
A career I enjoy.
Opportunities to travel and create memories like this.

Life has stretched me in ways I never expected, and I'm grateful for every chapter that's brought me here.

Our gym routine looks a little different this week.

The kiddos are still jet-lagged and adjusting to our time, so while they're up around 4 a.m., we're squeezing in a workout before work.

Years ago, someone simply showed me another option.

No pressure.
No convincing.
Just an opportunity to learn more and decide for myself.

And I appreciated that.

Because as busy moms, the last thing we need is someone pushing us into something.

Sometimes we just need someone willing to share what they know, answer our questions, and let us decide if it’s right for us.

That’s why I choose to share what I do the same way. 🩷
