Lean Dynamix finished the year strong. The Value Stream mapping event at Kubota in Novemnber was a tremendous success paving the way for radical reductions in the new product development cycle and for $MILLIONS in inventory and freight savings. "I'm really excited about these results and the direction this event has set for 2016" Director of Engineering Kubota. "This is the best Lean training I've ever attended ... and I've been doing this for 30 years!" Head Wheel Engineer Titan.
Lean Dynamix has also proposed a series of Lean centric courses as a core curriculm for Kubota University's 2016 Lean initiative. These include: Value Stream Mapping, Lean Foundations, Problem Solving & applied PDCA, Lean Warehousing, Lean Leadership, and a host of other workshops.
