Lorraine began her career in residential real estate in 1991 devoting herself to assisting Veterans. She has also served as a corporate liaison for large-scale residential projects, facilitating the sale of over 2,000 ground-up construction and inventory homes. There, she worked with internal and external sources from initial planning to project completion. For over 20 years, Lorraine has operated as an independent real estate broker and finance consultant, providing services for both residential and commercial clients. She has a passion to help people and represents clients throughout California. Lorraine is also a HUD approved selling broker, a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, with offices in both Sacramento and Ventura. Lorraine loves spending her time off surrounded by family and friends, or out in nature. She is inspired by the outdoors, animals, and her two beautiful grand kids.
