Good news! If you are single, time to get on dating apps! Since March 2020, there has been a 700% increase in dating app membership, with more meaningful and long term relationships now the new norm! Also, a huge shift in prioritizing communication and kindness!

Dating has never been easy—but COVID has changed the way many people are dating and finding love. A survey conducted this week of Gen Z and Millennials conducted by TruePublic, asked users aged 16-35 about dating during COVID and some of the results are below:

- 49% of young Americans are at least open to a first date on a video call instead of in person.
- 36% would have their first kiss after the second date
- 74% of Americans on dating apps are looking for a relationship right now. This is up 15% versus pre-COVID, especially with men (10%+)
