Additionally Jack has extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate with Marcus & Millichap, a national investment Brokerage firm representing investors on Strip and Anchored Retail, Multi Family Residential, Class A-C Office, Industrial and Mini-Storage properties. Jack has successfully concluded numerous REO and Short Sale transactions, does loss mitigation work for several financial institutions and is a member of several Multiple Listing Services. Jack has earned the COPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure), BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource) and LSSC (Lyon Short Sale Certification) designations. Jack's studies have included a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a minor in Business Management from the University of San Francisco.
