Amazon is seriously the best retailer on the planet! They are on point with everything! Their adaptability, consistency and more than anything their culture are the key factors that will make them successful for years to come. You simply can't recreate what Amazon has, and it's hard to think of any other idea that will closely mimic their capabilities. I stand in awe and wait what to see what will do next. Retailers, you need to step up your games! Leverage your current footprints and protect your Brand above everything else! If your company is a laggard with eCommerce, consistent and regular distribution and logistical systems, world class customer support and above all a healthy culture then I would be concerned for your continued operations in the Amazon world. The former are minimum standards to "keep-up". It would be interesting to actually see a company try and compete with Amazon. Keep it up Mr. Bezos and Team!!! Outstanding performance!
