Hiring Security Officers – Unarmed
Warehouse Site (Coalinga, CA)
Immediate Start

Responsibilities:

• Patrol job site perimeter, entrances, equipment staging areas, and building zones
• Monitor and control site access for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing
• Verify proper credentials (badges, IDs, authorization) before allowing site access
• Respond to emergencies such as break-ins, fires, equipment tampering, or safety hazards
• Complete thorough Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports as needed
• Lock/unlock gates, construction trailers, or fenced areas according to schedule
• Report all suspicious activity to site supervisors, project managers, or law enforcement

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a valid Guard Card, ID or Driver License
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
• Must be able to read & write in English

Patrolling the perimeter of the detailed area a minimum of once every half hour.
Observe behind, under and in front of all vehicles, structures and buildings
Confirm all perimeter doors and windows are secure.
Report any unusual activity in writing an Incident Report and by advising the supervisor on call.
Make sure to log all rounds using electronic key stations.
Always carry the assigned two-way radio during your shift
