Sacramento rodent season is here, and a strong El Niño could bring a wet winter.
Heavy rain floods burrows and storm drains, so mice and rats go looking for somewhere dry. After one wet January, a Bay Area vector control district saw mouse and rat service requests more than double.
A mouse only needs a 1/4 inch gap to get in. It is much easier to seal a gap in October than to remove mice from your walls in January.
Our new guide covers:

✅ Why rain pushes rodents indoors
✅ The before-the-rain sealing checklist
