Freeze-Dried Mushrooms are a MUST!
Although I personally don’t like mushrooms, I have to admit they are one of the best things to freeze dry as it solves two main problems with mushrooms.
1. They are super perishable and freeze drying one of the easiest ways to preserve them so they are ready whenever.
2. Regular dehydrated mushrooms can be leathery, making it so they don't rehydrate well. The maintained structure allows them to rehydrate basically back to fresh.

Details: These were ran on a full Quick Start. Acidic liquids inhibit the puff of these a little bit so we suggest using a dry lemon flavoring like freeze dried or crystalized lemon.
