ACT 264: This basket was for a woman who has undergone aggressive chemotherapy and is now starting radiation for stage 3 breast cancer.
Because of doing baskets for Cancer RAM recipients in the past, we have learned what a person going through such a rigorous pain-staking cancer treatment would need physically and also items that would be helpful, comforting and uplifting. Gift cards to restaurants and Deane’s Market and Deli to help with meals, Kamki Residential Cleaning Service to help with the house cleaning, Meijer and Walmart GC, a soft blanket with a thoughtful message, socks, a BRAVE T-shirt, organic essential oils, and Food for Health Program. Its a very difficult journey for the whole family so the team also provided some items for their 5 year old daughter.
