If you wanted to f*ck up your health

Ignoring your calf muscle is a great way to do it.

There is 1 big reason why:

1. It pulls sugar toxins from your blood to use as fuel.

If you wanted to f*ck up your health

Eating before bed is a great way to do it.

There are 3 big reasons why:

1. It f*cks your healing
2. It stops your brain from detoxifying
3. It causes you to store fat

But what’s going on with eating before bed is this:

It spikes your blood sugars.

Sugar in the blood is toxic and causes problems with the arteries.

So the body has to move it somewhere...FAST

So it produces insulin to move the sugars into your cells

And then stores it as fat.

It's doing all of this while you sleep...

Which means the energy your body wants to put into healing is being used to move sugars out of your blood instead.

Which means you can't get enough of the Deep Sleep cycle.

So your body can't heal, repair, and detoxify.

Which messes with your cravings, hormones, and habits the next day.

And the cycle repeats itself.

The fact is, a lot of people think eating before bed is a good thing.

And they FEEL like they sleep well. But that's a sugar crash.

Because your body isn't designed to handle food at night.

In fact, only in the last little blip of human history has excess food been a thing.

Just imagine living 2,000 years ago.

No snacks, no ice cream, no cereal.

Only the stars above and a hard bed to sleep on.

They couldn't have food at bedtime.

So your body got set up for survival, not excess.

Which means it's designed to burn body fat to keep you alive at night.

NOT move sugars around while you sleep.

So if you work against this process, you'll f*ck your health.

And you'll feel:

- Overweight
- Forgetful
- No energy

But that's not how life should be lived, and it's easy to change.

Now, maybe you didn't know all this.

And you've been doing it for years...even decades.

Maybe since you were a kid.

That's not your fault, but it IS your responsibility to do something about it.

Because no one is coming to save you.
